Joint processing within the SOLIT Group
We process personal data jointly within the SOLIT Group for the purpose of efficient internal administration and operation of group-wide systems.
For this purpose, your data may be shared with affiliated companies within the meaning of Section 18 German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) or processed in systems operated jointly with such companies.

The legal basis for this joint processing is our overriding legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR in maintaining an efficient group structure and IT infrastructure.
For processes subject to joint processing, SOLIT Group AG and its affiliated companies act as joint controllers within the meaning of Art. 26 GDPR. The respective responsibilities have been defined in an internal agreement.
